I enhanced an end-to-end design that met the stakeholder goals and optimized the user journey. I was informed by user research to design with actionable insights. I focused our MVP on filtering to improve the site navigation of purchasing experience by simplifying and streamlining the user flow. With detail oriented wireframes, this flow had a 100% direct success rate in usability testing. During the process, I presented and defended design decisions with data. The owner is delighted with the change because she can showcase more of her products and increase sales. This user-centered design was intuitive and inspiring as users explored future projects.
